What happens during the assessment?
Initially, we discuss any concerns you may have, and if you have identified any possible problem areas. We then carefully examine the lower limbs, looking closely at the alignment and structure and checking for any abnormalities and compensations present.
During your assessment, we can look carefully into possible underlying causes for heel pain, knee pain and even back pain.
Once the assessment is complete, taking 60 minutes in total, we will discuss with you our findings. We will let you know whether you would benefit from any further treatment, including stretching and strengthening exercises.
Please note: our biomechanical assessment does not include insole provision.
